It's been 5+ years since I found my passion and gift with Community Management & Moderation from Twitch, Popshop Live, FB Gaming, & Kick Streaming. Here are a few examples of some skills I've learned and grew in at this time and why I would be perfect to work with you.
Team Management
As a Community Manager, effective team management plays a crucial role in fostering a thriving and engaged online community. By employing my skills in team coordination and leadership, I ensure that every member of the community team is aligned with our shared goals and values. Through clear communication and delegation, I empower team members to contribute their unique expertise while fostering a collaborative environment.
Discord Build & Moderation
To build a thriving Discord community, I began by creating an inviting and organized server structure with well-defined channels for various topics or interests. Use engaging and relevant channel names, descriptions, and icons to provide clarity and attract members.

As a moderator, I established clear and concise community guidelines to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment. Regularly monitored discussions to enforce these guidelines and remove any inappropriate or off-topic content. I also show positive engagement by acknowledging and encouraging valuable contributions and utilizing moderation bots and tools to maintain a safe and creative atmosphere.
Social Media Management
During my time working under Jellybeet, the small business under Aliquantum International which is no longer there, I had the opportunity to handle the behind-the-scenes of the livestreams. I also got to show off some creative ideas to pinpoint the products that were being sold through Social Media. I worked closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and maintain consistent brand presence across various social media platforms. Link
